Are you sure this house have nothing that needed to be replaced and/or maintained? If you count in reno costs, it may end up as same price (or even higher than) as one in a good area. Too old an house in a not so good area, if I were you, I won't even consider to put an offer.

小区不是什么“高档”小区,但出入还算方便,附近购物比较便利。+ |( a' Q1 i1 y/ E
房子虽然老点,但从照片看保养得不错,买二手房看保养比年份重要。 ! x* }. y7 m3 Z. Z面积小了点,但是地库完成,如果可以分租会带来800左右月收入。0 J9 C i. j1 w' P3 i" k1 S
