Candidate must be experienced in designing and administering large numbers of standardized configurations and following ITIL standard administration processes.

; e5 s( U) O! [ a7 A; VWorking with hardware and software vendor support personnel to efficiently resolve any issues with systems being maintained.
9 R) ?2 E- M& t7 ?( M8 H5 sEnsuring all backups meet audit and SLA requirements. Archiving and recall backup reports for auditing purposes.
$ L4 n) v' c- nHelp implementing enterprise wide system monitoring tools to monitor production Windows and UNIX servers running a variety of crucial business applications.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
