Position Overview This Corporation is a multidiscipline engineering, geomatics and planning consulting firm with offices in major centers throughout Western Canada. We are currently seeking a Transportation Engineer – Intermediate to Senior to join our Calgary team.
7 T7 {$ E$ x: v% {# IResponsibilities In this position, you will:
9 S' j1 z$ R: I+ o. a8 l• Plan and design major road and highway projects;
# c! ^% d0 F' R4 M" g; ^• Ensure that you provide exceptional service to clients with roadway functional, preliminary and detailed design services as part of a team;, x9 r9 @, c+ \
• Prepare roadway designs including: plans; reports; cost estimates; and specifications. 2 H7 K/ C3 }, B. G4 q" O: x# r
• Prepare contract documents and review and evaluate tenders for projects; ! |. C' T: w9 d5 g6 p
• Supervise technicians, technologists and other engineers and review and approve designs, calculations and cost estimates. |
