Control panel -- Date, time, language and rigional options -- add another language--languages--details --Add Chinese(PRC)7 X( }0 A; j+ `1 G
+ T% P3 b5 k6 y
A "language bar help" icon (shown as a question-mark icon)then appears on my desktop bottom bar instead of language bar. I can do nothing further. 6 ]+ f( R8 ?; E5 W# h* O8 u8 H- ^# P( y! w0 A+ E0 I$ ^- X
I am desperated! Anyone can advise? Thanks!!
