Housing Program Worker

4 G3 i! p) a4 jKey Responsibilities:
 To plan, organize and implement residential and housing support programs for adults and families who access the YMCA’s Transitional Housing Program.
 To assist residents to register for on-site housing and support programs
* i+ U" b5 L: v7 \: |! j# [3 `8 ^ To help promote the program in the community.
# x2 F7 j4 b  H) d* }( B To provide some evening and weekend program supports.
$ `- v/ C! ^$ X To supervise volunteers assigned to the program.
. f8 W  n( i$ o0 j To document assigned activities and prepare reports as necessary.
 To operate within the approved budget and follow all YMCA Policies and Procedures.
 To contribute as a member of our staff team in the operation of the Transitional Housing Program.

/ X8 e! j; e4 s+ R% r  E, ?- ?Qualifications:  (Applicants must meet all qualifications to apply)
 2 years education as a post secondary student in Human Services or Social Work
" e7 b. `0 u6 U" X, Z Experience in human services, social housing and/or work with high needs populations.
 Well developed communication and interpersonal skills.
$ L% |  N: C+ |  J# Y: E Current CPR and First Aid certifications
 Completed, current & cleared Child Welfare Check & Police Security Clearance
