Housing Program Worker
) v, y" e) `/ S5 O
Key Responsibilities:
 To plan, organize and implement residential and housing support programs for adults and families who access the YMCA’s Transitional Housing Program.
! q1 T' _' V, E+ z7 F# B) }0 G To assist residents to register for on-site housing and support programs
 To help promote the program in the community.
 To provide some evening and weekend program supports.
 To supervise volunteers assigned to the program.
& _+ ]8 n, Y0 y9 G. g To document assigned activities and prepare reports as necessary.
 To operate within the approved budget and follow all YMCA Policies and Procedures.
 To contribute as a member of our staff team in the operation of the Transitional Housing Program.

" j! u, ]4 s7 v# L4 a' [  G$ LQualifications:  (Applicants must meet all qualifications to apply)
: j& o3 r0 p& M  Y5 r$ ?( L, E 2 years education as a post secondary student in Human Services or Social Work
 Experience in human services, social housing and/or work with high needs populations.
 Well developed communication and interpersonal skills.
 Current CPR and First Aid certifications
 Completed, current & cleared Child Welfare Check & Police Security Clearance
