; |. e$ g" O+ [Key Responsibilities:
8 Q+ x& d% g  X6 z, y To plan, organize and implement residential and housing support programs for adults and families who access the YMCA’s Transitional Housing Program.
2 _* u; ]8 ~7 ]; o# n To assist residents to register for on-site housing and support programs
 To help promote the program in the community.
 To provide some evening and weekend program supports.
 To supervise volunteers assigned to the program.
" e4 N/ Q/ B6 F: f* _, K- f To document assigned activities and prepare reports as necessary.
 To operate within the approved budget and follow all YMCA Policies and Procedures.
 To contribute as a member of our staff team in the operation of the Transitional Housing Program.

. ~/ d1 ?, G" n, ^# IQualifications:  (Applicants must meet all qualifications to apply)
 2 years education as a post secondary student in Human Services or Social Work
" F9 x1 g5 a5 k/ O& w- X! K Experience in human services, social housing and/or work with high needs populations.
9 x% C0 V# I2 b, H# g Well developed communication and interpersonal skills.
 Current CPR and First Aid certifications
) p/ F1 Q8 b9 g' Z Completed, current & cleared Child Welfare Check & Police Security Clearance
