The YWCA has an opportunity for an individual to make a significant difference in the Services for Persons with Disabilities department. The Lead Program Coordinator will be an essential part of the department by mentoring a team of Program Coordinators.

* m+ \ p/ A3 |; O& B: A$ Y9 b• Support approximately eleven Program Coordinators in the execution of their duties and responsibilities
3 H+ {- h" t- H$ R( J k• Oversee the training, supervision and evaluation of department direct service staff and contractors ! A$ { f Z# _8 w( i: W1 u) W. o
• Provide coaching and leadership to assist staff in expanding their capabilities9 v. I/ F/ e8 W$ H8 J' U
• Ensure adequate levels of staffing are maintained, in order to meet requirements for delivery of services4 ~8 \, L, [; e( y5 E
• Act as liaison person between Program Coordinator team and the Director of Services for Persons with Disabilities1 g; |! z5 g" l; V* H; K3 E

• Coordinate a minimal caseload of individuals in the program ( v6 Y, M: x8 c. u2 N* i
• Monitor service delivery for quality supports by providing feedback and support as needed for client intake processes& I4 `* h: L" P ~8 E+ y
• Ensure compliance with standards of service delivery; facilitate process for program re/certification as required# c2 \9 _' T" N( }
• Review all incident reports, provide input for follow-up action and communication. b( J( k$ x3 O |; a( I; f# k% x+ K
• Review service action plans and support programs as requested' Z; G; C( f% n+ D0 n9 }( R5 J
• Ensure program policies and procedures are met and followed by department
% p' Z+ A- E. W. V) C• Work closely with the Director to develop appropriate standards and procedures for the program

• Collect monthly reports from Program Coordinators and forward to the Director

) A; N& g6 W3 o
% q) }# z& R/ x$ O3 z* l3 `• Post Secondary education in Social Work, Rehabilitation or related human service field$ t4 B" e: g1 b
• Minimum of 5 years experience with individuals who have physical and/or developmental disabilities5 n, i" l Z5 |' }! s0 v% S. p
• Minimum of 4 years demonstrated management and/or supervisory experience. q" u3 x3 o4 _6 p3 q. N( }
• Vehicle and valid driver's license is required to be able to respond to emergency situations# t. M X& r$ X3 N5 a4 l E
• Ability to interact in a positive manner with a diverse population
