The YWCA has an opportunity for an individual to make a significant difference in the Services for Persons with Disabilities department. The Lead Program Coordinator will be an essential part of the department by mentoring a team of Program Coordinators.# y8 }- U0 i+ @+ K8 g

This position is full-time position (37.5/week) with flexible work hours to meet the needs of the department team and individual caseload. The Lead Program Coordinator reports to the Director of Services for Persons with Disabilities.- D1 k- e7 k( M! g( M7 \

Job Duties/Responsibilities:
U9 k% K" d+ L( x \9 D2 u• Human Resources Management
9 E. T) k2 Q$ \ h) a9 w; N% m1 L• Support approximately eleven Program Coordinators in the execution of their duties and responsibilities
$ i' D# }& i5 _0 r. u% A6 q• Oversee the training, supervision and evaluation of department direct service staff and contractors
5 a1 k6 o/ F, H0 Q; `• Provide coaching and leadership to assist staff in expanding their capabilities
% p8 y& G8 i, B% k9 s( N• Ensure adequate levels of staffing are maintained, in order to meet requirements for delivery of services4 o1 u# h! G) }8 }* k
• Act as liaison person between Program Coordinator team and the Director of Services for Persons with Disabilities7 J) V" }3 H: t/ w( u) S7 _
+ Y* E$ X7 M) [5 W: |Program Delivery4 j$ Y* T& W1 @2 E* i7 l9 n J g
• Coordinate a minimal caseload of individuals in the program ' |; N4 f: j" q7 [* B
• Monitor service delivery for quality supports by providing feedback and support as needed for client intake processes
" V! z9 E) Z" y; K" r0 f• Ensure compliance with standards of service delivery; facilitate process for program re/certification as required* i0 W( Q* c0 U, \1 [
• Review all incident reports, provide input for follow-up action and communication. |$ r3 ?+ m6 e2 X
• Review service action plans and support programs as requested/ \* h6 K4 n- y1 L* q9 R7 L; S% a [
• Ensure program policies and procedures are met and followed by department: x$ _8 B- u" S& g3 ^
• Work closely with the Director to develop appropriate standards and procedures for the program; h( R+ }! r5 x3 [: W
• Implement service modification, as required u% L2 E5 x; W$ D( V

Administration
! F/ M" F7 [4 t) [ N0 k, X• Collect monthly reports from Program Coordinators and forward to the Director
8 @& W; E, ?- B: y7 s/ b! h1 @• Screen external program documentation and where necessary bring to the Director for review8 H+ `: j6 v" z# v5 V
• Update program files and documents are with current information and documentation, as required" F X& f; C0 a5 J1 {

Qualifications:; c2 q6 p. [+ h P+ w* c7 p
9 e' B% B1 K7 D0 i! Z
• Post Secondary education in Social Work, Rehabilitation or related human service field( E+ V4 P3 g8 I+ Y" F* f
• Minimum of 5 years experience with individuals who have physical and/or developmental disabilities, C% \7 I( m- k# v* x; R, R; c! V
• Minimum of 4 years demonstrated management and/or supervisory experience
; k p* W& `6 {1 D. _6 H# [• Vehicle and valid driver's license is required to be able to respond to emergency situations, n$ v1 v% H8 g
• Ability to interact in a positive manner with a diverse population( d5 g4 v) _6 U) i/ t
• Experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office
