6 Q, A" ]% y" Yresource for production equipment and post-production facilities; hosts events and
( q: \. x/ S& k! J" u- y! w5 kscreenings; and fosters and develops a dynamic media arts community in Northern * k- C8 l5 d% Y1 ^

+ X) V) q. I ], qJob Description: The Librarian will report to the Executive Director and work with the
+ F# h9 s; v1 F5 S7 V3 LFAVA staff by organizing and updating two libraries: the film, video and digital library; as
: Z" ? S& F/ J8 p2 A$ mwell as the script, magazine and book library.

Duties:
0 k9 q9 D! S8 Y/ Y" A) ~+ a/ L- Sort and catalogue the film, video and digital library % c3 o \ J5 Y( G) }. D! ?1 E
- Sort and catalogue scripts, magazine and books & _* R. V, k, I+ k4 `
- Implement a catalogue template for future use
) V' N3 R- C' C5 _6 o9 |- Update and develop loaning policy and procedure + U5 V- p [5 y& L* n0 Q% ]9 R7 M
- Enforce FAVA’s standard of use policies where applicable 5 ~8 ~- t% M" v; _

Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have:

- Strong organizational skills % Q" h6 n# p( b9 T# D4 |
- Experience or training in library sciences preferred
