Housing Program Worker

2 u$ e1 S  ~+ b$ z- \: |Key Responsibilities:
 To plan, organize and implement residential and housing support programs for adults and families who access the YMCA’s Transitional Housing Program.
; X6 m& E; E2 j To assist residents to register for on-site housing and support programs
 To help promote the program in the community.
 To provide some evening and weekend program supports.
 To supervise volunteers assigned to the program.
 To document assigned activities and prepare reports as necessary.
 To operate within the approved budget and follow all YMCA Policies and Procedures.
) ?; ]4 B, k( U9 ^ To contribute as a member of our staff team in the operation of the Transitional Housing Program.

# v1 P2 ]/ ?+ u8 r# |Qualifications:  (Applicants must meet all qualifications to apply)
! B) ~. Z* J* Z( o: }. z, s( E: F 2 years education as a post secondary student in Human Services or Social Work
 Experience in human services, social housing and/or work with high needs populations.
+ f' X/ `2 v+ D. N  I" x Well developed communication and interpersonal skills.
 Current CPR and First Aid certifications
 Completed, current & cleared Child Welfare Check & Police Security Clearance
