Key Responsibilities:
. G' p" a$ ^% I To plan, organize and implement residential and housing support programs for adults and families who access the YMCA’s Transitional Housing Program.
* ]8 t9 u6 j/ K: X( T/ s To assist residents to register for on-site housing and support programs
 To help promote the program in the community.
' m1 o, L! z; q1 @ To provide some evening and weekend program supports.
 To supervise volunteers assigned to the program.
! `9 d$ l0 H7 e4 {8 d0 K2 n To document assigned activities and prepare reports as necessary.
) J4 Y) K7 \4 [! z To operate within the approved budget and follow all YMCA Policies and Procedures.
% o* w; Y4 D- }2 T7 q To contribute as a member of our staff team in the operation of the Transitional Housing Program.

Qualifications:  (Applicants must meet all qualifications to apply)
- Q* a$ R4 z4 J2 g: i 2 years education as a post secondary student in Human Services or Social Work
 Experience in human services, social housing and/or work with high needs populations.
 Well developed communication and interpersonal skills.
 Current CPR and First Aid certifications
 Completed, current & cleared Child Welfare Check & Police Security Clearance
