Has the following summer position available: June 1 – August 16, 2005 (40 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities:
 To plan, organize and implement residential and housing support programs for adults and families who access the YMCA’s Transitional Housing Program.
5 I; \0 ?) B8 _ To assist residents to register for on-site housing and support programs
 To help promote the program in the community.
 To provide some evening and weekend program supports.
 To supervise volunteers assigned to the program.
3 p; r: I# T. ~- i# V9 o# S To document assigned activities and prepare reports as necessary.
 To operate within the approved budget and follow all YMCA Policies and Procedures.
 To contribute as a member of our staff team in the operation of the Transitional Housing Program.

Qualifications:  (Applicants must meet all qualifications to apply)
; ?+ z7 @5 c0 q 2 years education as a post secondary student in Human Services or Social Work
 Experience in human services, social housing and/or work with high needs populations.
- F, b" ]! q) X) N5 Q/ q5 [ Well developed communication and interpersonal skills.
/ F; I! Q. T. r# Y* ~; g Current CPR and First Aid certifications
 Completed, current & cleared Child Welfare Check & Police Security Clearance
