; o% Y, C. I; S( V) jKey Responsibilities:
6 P+ f8 C2 C' p2 {" A# y: A) c To plan, organize and implement residential and housing support programs for adults and families who access the YMCA’s Transitional Housing Program.
/ u/ L) S8 Z& D, ]; F To assist residents to register for on-site housing and support programs
; D* i/ v+ R/ k* q2 J To help promote the program in the community.
 To provide some evening and weekend program supports.
 To supervise volunteers assigned to the program.
- d7 q! ~/ u9 z- E2 u6 K To document assigned activities and prepare reports as necessary.
 To operate within the approved budget and follow all YMCA Policies and Procedures.
- p. q! O- g  ^8 @/ b2 t To contribute as a member of our staff team in the operation of the Transitional Housing Program.

8 e. f( s" z0 o9 B# R' \Qualifications:  (Applicants must meet all qualifications to apply)
. ~7 r* U; o* |" R8 ~2 g 2 years education as a post secondary student in Human Services or Social Work
 Experience in human services, social housing and/or work with high needs populations.
 Well developed communication and interpersonal skills.
  e% e, e* n5 P; i, o# I Current CPR and First Aid certifications
 Completed, current & cleared Child Welfare Check & Police Security Clearance
