Has the following summer position available: June 1 – August 16, 2005 (40 hours per week)

8 B' g4 K7 w1 L' F, DKey Responsibilities:
 To plan, organize and implement residential and housing support programs for adults and families who access the YMCA’s Transitional Housing Program.
6 x$ P3 i) I9 T% v9 N To assist residents to register for on-site housing and support programs
 To help promote the program in the community.
 To provide some evening and weekend program supports.
+ ~9 j& o% b! v! l- z' I$ J/ q To supervise volunteers assigned to the program.
 To document assigned activities and prepare reports as necessary.
 To operate within the approved budget and follow all YMCA Policies and Procedures.
& J& p2 l! e9 S8 l8 f6 d0 @* @3 n To contribute as a member of our staff team in the operation of the Transitional Housing Program.

6 U) {5 V+ A# DQualifications:  (Applicants must meet all qualifications to apply)
 2 years education as a post secondary student in Human Services or Social Work
8 y7 A) }$ g" e6 N4 ?8 H6 l1 Q Experience in human services, social housing and/or work with high needs populations.
 Well developed communication and interpersonal skills.
 Current CPR and First Aid certifications
 Completed, current & cleared Child Welfare Check & Police Security Clearance
