Place        ASSIST Community Services Centre (9653-105A Ave)
Programs         Week-long day camps such as swimming, science, games, sports, aquatic activities, treats making, dances, drama, arts and crafts, music etc.
Fees        Ranges from $10 to $35 per week

* j! \# k. i7 s2 E1. Must bring along the child’s Alberta Health Care Card, emergency contact number and program fees (cash or cheque only)
$ U; T( T: u: |: M) \2. 2004 Tax return / Proof of family income (as program spots are limited, please save for those families who are really in need)
2 X; T# s' y, F$ g% A3. Each child is limited to 1 to 3 programs per organization

6. Registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis

2 k3 L! e& U  {) r4 ?: eFee Reduction Pass Applications

We will also assist families/individual in need to apply for the Fee Reduction Pass on the same day. Adult/children pass holders can enjoy a 75% discount on admission to City operated facilities and regular price registered programs. Please bring along  all your family members’ 2004 tax returns.
