Target:        Low income families with children/youth aged 3-17 residing in Edmonton

) @9 o% d) N: SPrograms         Week-long day camps such as swimming, science, games, sports, aquatic activities, treats making, dances, drama, arts and crafts, music etc.
$ T1 K  s- p6 j9 a0 X: |Fees        Ranges from $10 to $35 per week
       
Remarks:
# d6 Y6 v* k; s) ^5 p1. Must bring along the child’s Alberta Health Care Card, emergency contact number and program fees (cash or cheque only)
2. 2004 Tax return / Proof of family income (as program spots are limited, please save for those families who are really in need)
3 \5 D& b/ ?  s3 G" N1 s6 D7 V* `3. Each child is limited to 1 to 3 programs per organization
! {& j8 f  J; A- J4. Information on Child’s swimming level when registering for swimming classes
7 `+ o5 k; g; P; E1 j* k5. Children are not required to be present at the Registration Day

We will also assist families/individual in need to apply for the Fee Reduction Pass on the same day. Adult/children pass holders can enjoy a 75% discount on admission to City operated facilities and regular price registered programs. Please bring along  all your family members’ 2004 tax returns.
