Job Description
Summer Children’s Fitness Program Co-ordinator
Responsibilities:
- Organize focus group(s)
- Organize and facilitate summer children’s program (ages 6 to 10) with focus on physical recreation, fitness, nutrition, sports
- Recruit children for summer program

6 s9 ~' @# S- E+ i9 @; ~- Find sponsors to enhance program
- Supervise volunteer(s)
- Prepare final report for funding agency

* W, A% l: o5 i6 _# G" c- post secondary student in Social Sciences, Human Sciences, Early Childhood Development, Physical Education or equivalent of experience and education
- good coordinating and interpersonal skills
5 ]) b0 u/ W' p2 }  Q3 {3 W" K- communication skills
  i8 T# h# y- v. [- must enjoy sports and other athletic activities
- fluency in English, other Asian languages an asset
- good computer skills
- leadership abilities
- ability to work independently with minimal supervision

- must undergo security and child welfare check at own expense
