Position title: Community Development Worker

- fulfill needs that are not met in Chinese community in terms of 7 c2 l; c! k, ?' z' H
social services

- coordinate good will activities and send out quarterly newsletter to members# S1 @ X: h# N0 _- T- u d
- update ASSIST website

- participate in external committees/conferences/workshops related to immigrant services. F7 {2 m3 D7 o' v& \
- assist with Centre’s other activities or programs as prescribed from time to time

Qualifications
( D1 J/ f J0 T% g8 P2 Z- degree/diploma in social/human sciences with 1 year of relevant experience or equivalent of
, K/ x9 w2 u$ f6 i8 `- q experience and education
J- N, |' O/ _; [- f; _2 d& t- good oral and written Chinese and English skills) K5 ^5 p c* ^% E/ x0 x' e* M
- experience in community work and immigrant services7 p" X8 v: f: b4 R; w0 ~) M, R f
- experience in website update/design) Y" c- A- l! @ K7 r* ^
- Fluent in English, Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) is an asset
