Duties cover a variety of topics in which judgment/initiative are required in the research, selection of material & presentation in completion of assignments.

Qualifications: A minimum of (5) years office experience; high degree of competence in office practices; proficient in the use of modern office equipment & current computer applications - MS Office 2007 - WORD, Excel, Access, Publisher, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook.

Responsible for a variety of communication functions such as: monthly newsletter layout, website/computer software; highly developed administrative skills & a thorough knowledge of business English, grammar, and spelling, plus basic math abilities; must have a proven ability to handle confidential matters with discretion and security.
