Summer Children’s Fitness Program Co-ordinator5 C P- v, X1 c
Responsibilities:

- Organize and facilitate summer children’s program (ages 6 to 10) with focus on physical recreation, fitness, nutrition, sports$ B4 P+ T6 z) E1 B
- Recruit children for summer program
* R, z' _8 q; M' ~, T& l1 s- Provide orientation for parents4 J0 A9 D8 x+ l& @; U
- Find sponsors to enhance program1 d7 u0 c1 v6 p
- Supervise volunteer(s)( |, D h9 S6 x g3 \( ]3 P
- Prepare final report for funding agency1 l: s* }, w% ?! M
) p& z. ]* X; N% E5 A
Qualifications:
+ x* F1 K, K: v( Y& K: U8 m9 O* }3 l
- post secondary student in Social Sciences, Human Sciences, Early Childhood Development, Physical Education or equivalent of experience and education
$ {+ R7 F2 v0 D( p4 d( \- good coordinating and interpersonal skills1 d# P0 S' v( _1 l D+ I
- communication skills
0 j- h3 U+ M/ p0 r- must enjoy sports and other athletic activities6 F1 D& o& J# R
- fluency in English, other Asian languages an asset
9 ]( [0 X. M# u& c6 j! s$ k# W0 e- good computer skills
( t7 Z- C: V9 }$ C0 h' E9 O- leadership abilities
9 Q. ~( {0 {- w/ a- ability to work independently with minimal supervision
