How to avoid too much chips left in panel box after your drill a hole ?& l6 }9 i% A0 h* r* K8 d
- Z$ n3 M/ h, e0 T- K: q1. If you are going to drill a hole on top of a box, use some paper to cover the bottom of the box so that you can easily remove the paper with chips in it;
- N; M9 Y) ~ F1 `' x2. Make sure you cover all equipments (breakers, contacts, relays, fuses, Etc)in the box before you drill holes;% [& o+ {& i9 x
3. Use a paint brush to collect all debris (one of the best tools that is always in my tool box), and clean it up before your get all connectors in;
; c% s% B3 j# D: R4 m/ N4. Use your level's magnetic side to collect all steel chips;5 C& t- A. U: K- L
5. Use duct tape to get rid of all small chips; x, ^4 g- n: @# L1 y3 ?
6. Use a vacuum if you just have it beside you(a bit too luxury, but why not!).

$ L% N) V7 x1 U/ X) T* XAnd another vital important point: DO NOT try to below those chips out! Most likely you will just below your mess everywhere, including your precious eyes.
