A twelve-week training program for careers in Child Care.

8 d4 d; }6 H* M9 `7 D( b5 H$ Y• Practical and theoretical modules relevant to child care

• Practicum Placements

2 F- l: m5 p+ Y• be a landed immigrant, convention refugee or new citizen
; n0 k1 @' Z/ R& {; `# \of Canada
5 r, u/ o# j% U4 C2 ^" `• have a Social Insurance Number$ d, e+ n2 H5 Z: h$ S; F8 g; n/ L
• provide a completed criminal record check and child welfare check
/ b& a2 C" I* n6 J• CLBA score of at least 4 or completion of LINC 4 or equivalent
( V0 {* j' u6 X% [• demonstrate commitment to participating in a 12 week full-time

' S8 a, b0 d3 VParticipants may be eligible for Grant Funding if they meet. Y9 y0 b( q8 J+ i8 b6 a4 v, v6 D8 u
the following requirements, in addition to the one listed above:, O6 \5 p+ a/ t, r

They CANNOT quit their job to take the course
