As a Business Analyst, you will analyze business requirements, conduct impact analyses, and perform design, development, support and documentation activities in a dynamic and multi-application environment. Working under a Team Lead, you will help to develop a long term plan to replace our client's legacy applications.

( ^7 y! Y7 O: E0 h t7 SConvert business requirements into design specifications and prepare specifications for user sign-off.
8 l2 e( Z& \: n3 e9 O4 `Create process and data models to visually represent requirements information.
) q. c4 s: A7 [3 G% gPerform system testing with internal and external clients. Provide support during various phases of testing.
& I N! s9 } U" e0 zAssist with the resolution of code deficiencies found during the assembly test and system test phase. 1 n( D* P0 ?0 Q& b& n `! g
Support, maintain and upgrade application after it moves into production.
. D8 v6 o/ f5 }2 e+ E; O5 v+ bAnalyze current technical and business objectives, plans, processes, information flows, and systems.

Summarize and present key findings with recommendations for improvement. 1 f/ p/ Z: n* c- C
Responsible for working with Project manager to set and review overall quality of deliverables. ; k; ^/ C4 u. h% M B
Minimum of 2 years of experience in application development, experience with legacy applications would be an asset
9 d( l5 _+ B% a$ e' p3 R6 o8 Z• A university degree in Computer Science, Commerce (MIS), or similar discipline is preferred, but an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
1 l6 s3 G7 s; p• Experience with Web Applications, VB.net, C# and/or .NET technologies an asset.! i4 G+ { d; v& o: V
• Understanding of Object Oriented design principles and the .Net Framework.$ U8 {5 w' ?8 H5 o9 { O* G- S* z
• Exceptional consultation skills are critical, with the ability to convey technical ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences and contribute within a team environment.
