Position: Office Administrator / Terms: a part time (10 hours/week) Salary: competitive & commensurate with experience / Closing Date: Mar 07/2009.

Requirements: proficiency with dBase management, spreadsheet, accounting & word processing applications. Tasks include entering/reconciling financial information using Simply Accounting, processing payroll and other payments, preparing Sunday bulletins, handling facility bookings and key distribution and attending monthly (evening) Board meetings.

As the public face of the congregation, the position requires superior oral/written communication skills. With access to confidential material, the successful candidate will require a police reference check. The hours of work are flexible but should happen at a regular time during the week to provide access and consultation for Westwood members and friends.
