Bedrock reduce the new home price

Just got a phone message from Bedrock in riverside.

: q% i# x# R) U! jThe price for the model I was interested in is reduced to 399,900 from 422,225.  It's close to 1700 + square ft.

- G4 N( w" u+ {0 P8 Z6 i% nI won't buy it for now. Still wait and see. Builders have to reduce the price futher beacuse they have huge inventory.

1 I1 k; u& o- }; s如果我没有记错的话,去年10月开始Bedrock在Riverside的那间spechome就是399,900,背靠Terwillegar Drive.

9 D3 S9 g3 r! {( W% a+ S5 E; W现在看来,Builder想在1月或2月忽悠一下,如果能高一些卖出最好,卖不出再降回去年10月的价格,做个降价的姿态,就如同Boxing Day的"大减价"一样.
