Bedrock reduce the new home price

Just got a phone message from Bedrock in riverside.

+ ?2 Z; y* [3 c" @  ?6 oThe price for the model I was interested in is reduced to 399,900 from 422,225.  It's close to 1700 + square ft.

9 [/ n3 M7 E0 F0 U4 H4 }4 }7 Q2 TI won't buy it for now. Still wait and see. Builders have to reduce the price futher beacuse they have huge inventory.

9 I& U4 v3 s! E2 B如果我没有记错的话,去年10月开始Bedrock在Riverside的那间spechome就是399,900,背靠Terwillegar Drive.

现在看来,Builder想在1月或2月忽悠一下,如果能高一些卖出最好,卖不出再降回去年10月的价格,做个降价的姿态,就如同Boxing Day的"大减价"一样.
