Definition of Restricted Dog

8 E: k3 w; Z9 [, [7 k" \/ NThat has chased, attacked or bitten any person or animal causing physical injury and resulting in a conviction under this bylaw 6 R: M% N3 N {* a& }9 c
That has chased, attacked or bitten any person or animal on more than one occasion, with or without causing physical injury, and resulting in separate convictions under this bylaw
; ]8 h. l7 i' Y' y1 ]: I' S3 \8 QThat has been made the subject of an order under the Dangerous Dogs Act
. ^) a" A% P7 b2 i% C4 w& VCertified by an Alberta licenced veterinarian to be primarily of the breed Staffordshire Bull Terrier as that breed is defined by the Canadian Kennel Club
