急问'短期学习英语'事宜

如题,朋友的女儿(现在大学二年级)想利用假期来埃得蒙顿学习英语,一个月到两个月的全天课程,
急问有关学校的信息及可否代她申请?持旅游签证可否学习?最好是中国学生多的学校.(因她在日本长大,也需要练练中文)

Can you believe two or three months study can make a big different in English? You have to explain to immgration officers.
