8 H" M; i' d4 @/ A个人理解wage就是基本按照时间（小时）工或者计件工，在这里overtime就是1.5倍，所以二月和三月可能有很大不同，差别可能是（23-20）/ 20 = 15%
- k" J. e0 Y( v* j, j% gsalary是月工资，每个月工资固定，二月和三月一样。
