   加拿大癌症防治研究院的Angeline Webb说，烟草削减法案不允许在所有的公共场所和工作地点吸烟，这一法案的切实执行取得了令人满意的效果。

好像不是减税，是由于增税、禁烟等一系列措施而导致的烟草销售额降低。详见Inews 880 原文：

The Alberta government, already suffering from declining oil revenue, is now facing a dip in tobacco revenue.

# X3 y/ q8 E- Z# _+ jAngeline Webb, a Cancer Control Analyst for the Canadian Cancer Society, says "it appears that the Tobacco Reduction Act is having the desired effect."

Meanwhile the final phase of the Act goes into effect on January 1st.
