急问:公立小学的"COGITO PROGRAM"是什么意思

今天给孩子报名上学,登记的老师问是"REGULAR"还是"COGITO"?只好拿点材料走了,看了看也不清楚两者区别.另外听说还有AC,IB等等PROGRAM,这些都是什么意思?7 s. T7 V) H- J6 c2 ?1 n: X1 t
另外,天主教学校好吗?  U6 v) n2 e/ A, e2 L
真不知选什么学校合适.

简单看了一下,大概是和普通学校不同的教育方式,强化听说读写,教学大纲的要求更高些,更学术些。4 X. L& ~5 }  o% j! ?! J, X7 Y0 O
Cogito is an alternative program for children Grades K to 9. As enrollment continues to grow Cogito is approved to continue to Grade 12. This Edmonton Public Schools program has been in successful operation since 1995.

* B9 @5 `. R8 z  d6 ]我觉得挺符合中国家长对孩子的期望,但是有些西方家长不在乎,他们更希望孩获得学习的乐趣,而不是学习的深度。所以不同的期望,不同的选择而已。! C5 f& w! U6 X: t! x

1 R# n. V3 m2 `我个人不愿意送孩子教会学校,我觉得教会学校是一种强灌
