I have just talked with the technical lead who is in charge for hiring people.

8 K. G9 L' K. N2 M) I( M# EAbout 70-80% resumes, they received for this position, are Chinese. Resumes are looks quite same. A lot of them are dual tickets.

Albian has third party company to check your background. If your resume is made up, please do not send yo them.

同意楼主的观点, 做维护没点技术是混不下来的, 不象做工程, 本人也在北面的油厂做维护, 有近10年的维护经验, 奉劝没经验的, 这行不好混, 现学有时来不及, 还是打基础吧.
