TOEFL or no TOEFL , It depends on what you want to study and your language level. Many colleges in Edmonton, like NAIT, Macewen, Reese, CDI... * ^2 D$ C+ a3 a( mGet more inforamtion from either website or friends or whatever. And talk with the students advisor there. A lot of peopel will help you out there.
