Technical college diploma in computer science, or a related field, or equivalent combination of training and experience.

Experience

& ^8 p& j8 I+ W8 H. U4 h3 b( ^: {·         Experience providing helpdesk service and support.

·         Experience installing and configuring PC desktop, including upgrades and repairs.

·         Experience installing and configuring desktop operating systems (Microsoft Windows 2000, XP Pro).

" A3 q* t; d" u; M( ?" R# _( o- U·         Experience installing and configuring applications software (i.e., Microsoft Office).

·         Experience in specifying and purchasing of desktop computer systems appropriate to the users needs would be an asset.

Salary Range
From $45,280 to $58,217 per annum. In addition, an incumbent occupying a position within the CS Group is currently entitled to receive a terminable allowance of $139 per month.
