' T2 G3 y5 q0 [1 F  l We are seeking a very skilled individual who is well connected to Aboriginal communities, knowledgeable about standards and accreditation processes, self motivated and able to work independently.  

Duties:
5 D; ~* w/ ~9 h2 z+ a) t- e•        Provide administrative support to Organizations preparing for accreditations and to Peer Review Teams during the process.
•        Develop and deliver workshops/training sessions to assist organizations to develop or strengthen their capacity to provide excellent programming.
6 V) i8 _+ R) o3 b% n; K•        Facilitate peer review, team leader training and other related workshops.
! I( ^6 o' p4 V8 o8 o$ H, y& W•        Assist in the development and revision of standards, manuals, and tools used within the accreditation process.

7 M4 O* I3 T2 a; M5 \Requirements:
•        Able to work with people from diverse background and interests towards consensus.
* f6 o- {% u0 }( S•        Understanding of adult learning, workshop development and group facilitation.
4 y% _/ n8 ]& _$ q•        Degree in the area of human services;
0 d5 I8 c) l% B  P7 L•        Able to travel extensively ;
0 b/ k) `* J/ Y: }' Z( n9 A•        Able to work in a team as well as independently;
' @1 w9 @1 Z8 c4 q( I( `0 f! N; q! {•        Excellent written and oral communication skills;
# b+ }+ p0 O2 e' }; I% O•        Experience working in non-governmental agencies and the Aboriginal community;
•        Current CYIM, Criminal Record Check, Driver’s Abstract and access to a vehicle.
