We are seeking a very skilled individual who is well connected to Aboriginal communities, knowledgeable about standards and accreditation processes, self motivated and able to work independently.  

Duties:
8 b  a/ E! d1 S4 T6 y3 y# C•        Provide administrative support to Organizations preparing for accreditations and to Peer Review Teams during the process.
•        Develop and deliver workshops/training sessions to assist organizations to develop or strengthen their capacity to provide excellent programming.
+ \/ z8 D5 m& P4 M4 ?•        Facilitate peer review, team leader training and other related workshops.
4 \% m! P; _7 H•        Assist in the development and revision of standards, manuals, and tools used within the accreditation process.

Requirements:
2 q: f' z) b* L2 c6 n1 [5 Y/ s8 z•        Able to work with people from diverse background and interests towards consensus.
6 v8 K/ u1 {4 @4 R' E4 F•        Understanding of adult learning, workshop development and group facilitation.
! y) s1 j( @- ?5 i. p6 b$ c5 B- n/ t•        Degree in the area of human services;
•        Able to travel extensively ;
2 M2 \  l& T% s: D' I5 p•        Able to work in a team as well as independently;
•        Excellent written and oral communication skills;
•        Experience working in non-governmental agencies and the Aboriginal community;
•        Current CYIM, Criminal Record Check, Driver’s Abstract and access to a vehicle.
