, n7 O' L% G, n( D! c( { We are seeking a very skilled individual who is well connected to Aboriginal communities, knowledgeable about standards and accreditation processes, self motivated and able to work independently.  

: I3 |  P- r; D% N$ V, m% J! EDuties:
•        Provide administrative support to Organizations preparing for accreditations and to Peer Review Teams during the process.
•        Develop and deliver workshops/training sessions to assist organizations to develop or strengthen their capacity to provide excellent programming.
•        Facilitate peer review, team leader training and other related workshops.
•        Assist in the development and revision of standards, manuals, and tools used within the accreditation process.

0 L8 p! V, G3 d# t/ t6 \Requirements:
# N( `8 n5 {0 I; o+ O" O•        Able to work with people from diverse background and interests towards consensus.
" W2 A" F: L# W/ l+ |# g•        Understanding of adult learning, workshop development and group facilitation.
•        Degree in the area of human services;
( P6 M7 k; U- `8 B•        Able to travel extensively ;
•        Able to work in a team as well as independently;
! |! J5 S8 _1 J5 z% W8 e. g•        Excellent written and oral communication skills;
) s3 U2 q% s0 h1 C6 C9 m0 w1 t•        Experience working in non-governmental agencies and the Aboriginal community;
5 Q3 F% S( N& r, x8 ]! k# a) {" Y•        Current CYIM, Criminal Record Check, Driver’s Abstract and access to a vehicle.
