We are seeking a very skilled individual who is well connected to Aboriginal communities, knowledgeable about standards and accreditation processes, self motivated and able to work independently.  

, l" s$ Z! w" H8 _! VDuties:
/ l( ?) A' G$ L7 n& L•        Provide administrative support to Organizations preparing for accreditations and to Peer Review Teams during the process.
' Y: `; x8 `, S5 }& M•        Develop and deliver workshops/training sessions to assist organizations to develop or strengthen their capacity to provide excellent programming.
•        Facilitate peer review, team leader training and other related workshops.
•        Assist in the development and revision of standards, manuals, and tools used within the accreditation process.

) s. {  n' s2 D. o& W+ y( URequirements:
0 b- \! R3 X1 f0 ~) U! W$ g& P•        Able to work with people from diverse background and interests towards consensus.
9 m: D. P! _) H0 s•        Understanding of adult learning, workshop development and group facilitation.
1 _, B% Z6 x/ x+ Q  |, }/ v•        Degree in the area of human services;
•        Able to travel extensively ;
•        Able to work in a team as well as independently;
" q. m( I" \9 S: R# @, `. y•        Excellent written and oral communication skills;
: N6 q9 O4 w8 n( {' U$ n6 \•        Experience working in non-governmental agencies and the Aboriginal community;
•        Current CYIM, Criminal Record Check, Driver’s Abstract and access to a vehicle.
