) @' A" f; ^6 w- ?( D We are seeking a very skilled individual who is well connected to Aboriginal communities, knowledgeable about standards and accreditation processes, self motivated and able to work independently.  
# W% V! @6 ~7 O5 F# }6 P3 M
Duties:
( W" I, w( m! ]5 f# u( b•        Provide administrative support to Organizations preparing for accreditations and to Peer Review Teams during the process.
- R" }. j3 Y' J0 |•        Develop and deliver workshops/training sessions to assist organizations to develop or strengthen their capacity to provide excellent programming.
" P0 L/ n& q! {/ F•        Facilitate peer review, team leader training and other related workshops.
•        Assist in the development and revision of standards, manuals, and tools used within the accreditation process.

7 o( k0 [5 R! uRequirements:
: {* ]- O$ I' v* L5 |, K•        Able to work with people from diverse background and interests towards consensus.
•        Understanding of adult learning, workshop development and group facilitation.
•        Degree in the area of human services;
$ K5 `+ ]" M: L•        Able to travel extensively ;
•        Able to work in a team as well as independently;
7 G7 u7 u& f2 a' Q, f( G9 |, \5 S•        Excellent written and oral communication skills;
•        Experience working in non-governmental agencies and the Aboriginal community;
/ @" U9 I+ v5 A9 ~2 h3 N•        Current CYIM, Criminal Record Check, Driver’s Abstract and access to a vehicle.
