                Report any injuries.

Step4.        If another vehicle is involved, get the car’s year, make, model
                and license plate number; the driver’s name, address and license
                number; and the name of his or her insurance company. If the
                driver does not own the car, get the name of the car’s owner.
! G1 ^! o# i' y7 G3 G- u! k                Write down names and addresses of other passengers or
                witnesses. If you have a camera take pictures of the accident
! w' |5 @$ l2 A                scene.
& o+ y- d  `/ b+ ?, E! u
0 U6 O; T( V2 u3 p/ LStep5.        The police officer will give you a copy of the collision report.

Step6.        Cooperate with the police, but do not admit guilt for the
! ~* U# R1 P4 ]* @, S4 V' f) u% m' {: k                accident in any way. You may be required to show proof of
) P7 [% I3 B# r2 C* [                insurance, but do not reveal how much coverage you have.

Step7.        Do not accept any money the other driver may offer. By

) S; |9 J5 Y. Q- I* b  U$ c                against the other driver, even if the damages turn out to be
+ u" O' ~) Q' ]; P9 b: E                more extensive than you first thought.

1 ]' x8 ?. Z/ i% f' D3 XStep8.        Do not agree to forget about a minor accident. You may see

                person may even file a lawsuit against you.

% S4 w4 @) m0 I9 CStep9.        Write an account of what happened: time of day, weather,
                hazards, road conditions and driving speed. Draw a picture of
" o4 C, K2 y- n& D, }( [2 r                the site, showing stop signs, signal lights, etc. Try to measure
; {6 L. J' W7 y                skid marks and determine the point of impact. Note any damage
; ~/ n- d  E  c) n: }                already on other cars involved. If a camera is available, take
6 O! _4 n" N" g- V. X                pictures of the accident.

Step10.    Report the accident to your insurance agent or insurance
                company as soon as possible. Call a lawyer Bruce King, to discuss

                能移动，打开双闪警示灯。关掉发动机。当从车里出来的时候要小心

第三，        马上拔打电话911，报警和呼叫救护车（如果需要的话），报告受伤
                情况。

第四，        如果另一辆车也卷入车祸中，要获得此车的年份，制造商，型号，
                汽车牌照号码，司机姓名，地址，驾照号码和他（或她）的保险公司
' V8 w. t8 n+ C+ {- G                名称。如果司机不是车主，要知道车主的姓名。记下其他乘客或目击
; m! n$ U- @1 Q' w                证人的姓名地址。如果你有相机在身边，把车祸现场拍照。

' T& r* i! f% b# J+ j/ H* r第五，        警察会给一个撞车报告。

$ _  c$ ~  Z/ z$ q' r第六，        要与警察合作，但先不要承认在车祸中负责任。你也许被要求出示保
                险证明，但不要告知你保险的数额。

5 j; s) q& a( ?( f$ [4 Z第七，        不要接受另一方司机的任何钱。如果接受了，你可能就放弃了起诉对
                方司机的权力 ，甚至损害最终被证实远超过你最初的想象。

第九，        留下一个记录写明发生了什么，日期，天气，受到的伤害，路况和车
