Position Title:         New Equipment Sales Consultant

•        Drive sales growth in respective geographic regions for New Equipment (industrial cranes).  This includes traveling by car or plane to all customer sites and locations.
0 A  u5 u" Z8 c•        Provide sales, technical, product and application solutions to customers throughout the assigned territory.0 I+ ?' `% @9 P& a
•        Perform joint or independent frequent calls to end-users to determine crane applications and installations.  This includes field verifications of measurements and other field installation requirements.  
, d% @# Y+ T2 f, m9 E0 y  X) N•        Prepare and perform quotations and proposals as required.  This maybe in the field or in the office.

•        Formulate and establish sales action plans, budgets, goals, quotas.

•        Participate in development of sales and marketing strategy and long range planning.

( v+ i( N7 i* E•        Maintain frequent contact with the National Sales Manager and plant staff. Appraise promptness of order processing, deliveries, technical services and parts, warranty and other customer services.  Recommend changes.$ E) {' B4 P  S3 M* g
•        Actively participate as member of sales team.  Attend meetings and training at the office/plant as required.
