& [' |# L# T( D: n2 GAbstract: reporting to the Manager, Member Relations & Communications, the Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to the Member Relations & Communications Team through timely distribution of materials and merchandise, support in event registrations, onsite event assistance, database maintenance, invoice maintenance, and reception relief.

Key duties include: Volunteer Program; coordinate kits for volunteers; manage lists of potential volunteers/updating Dbase; provide administrative support (logistic for meetings, agendas, minutes and distributing materials) for various committees and; coordinate targeted mailings. - e N$ w0 u% {
( E9 R1 Y4 a( C* s% X0 zRecognition Portfolio: manage lists of targeted individuals/update Dbase; assist with assembling materials for nominations for community awards and coordinate targeted mailings.

Qualifications: a diploma in office administration combined with some work experience. Additional administrative experience will be considered in lieu of formal post secondary education. 9 G- s+ e1 J4 E! Q* W& V

The successful candidate will be knowledgeable and have experience with a variety of software, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and the internet.
