! S4 `2 e4 e$ S' |- o! W* g  AEDMONTON - A 64-year-old Marwayne-area woman was killed in a head-on collision north of Lloydminster on Saturday afternoon.

RCMP say heavy rain made for poor visibility on Highway 17, where the woman's Sunfire connected with a Yaris after crossing the centre line just beyond the city limits.

"The Sunfire lost control," Const. Juan Huss said.

RCMP are continuing to investigate and have yet to release the name of the deceased.
