本科，向NAIT递交了申请，想转些学分。请问：转学分，对申请人的毕业年限有没有要求？

我申请了NAIT的Electrical Engineering Technology program， Fall 2005.

$ v% S8 o) ?/ _4 Q8 V因为我本人在国内就是学electrical Engineering，本科。
8 i2 f& M& b& ~9 I有些基础和专业课程原来大学是学过的，所以考虑想申请转一些学分，早点毕业。

- f9 o# J( z0 V4 o2 q请问NAIT转学分有没有毕业年限的要求？

我大学毕业已经有13年了，还能转学分吗？
