本科，向NAIT递交了申请，想转些学分。请问：转学分，对申请人的毕业年限有没有要求？

8 Z! \/ `2 b5 D% {我申请了NAIT的Electrical Engineering Technology program， Fall 2005.
* X1 ^! I1 |' A- e" |6 y1 R, J
* e/ C4 d. Y: m  q! B7 P因为我本人在国内就是学electrical Engineering，本科。
有些基础和专业课程原来大学是学过的，所以考虑想申请转一些学分，早点毕业。

. R) o" u, y3 T9 ?/ ~请问NAIT转学分有没有毕业年限的要求？

% c2 H3 m) U  g& c' f. \" C1 c我大学毕业已经有13年了，还能转学分吗？
