我现在的了解是:一种解决办法是上法庭,这也就是选择了不认罪(plead not guilty),面对的是法官JUDGE 和警察. 另一种是不上法庭,这是选择了认罪(plead guilty), 面对的将是justice of the peace, 有求情减少罚款的余地。0 n5 ?6 @* K% `7 d8 k" ?

另,扣分应该是警察当场告诉我吧?我当时着急,没听到扣分的事儿。查了驾驶的小册子,要扣4分。不知道保险会不会涨。
