1. Consults with Sales Team in the layout, design and space planning of

2. Performs programming, space planning, furniture selection, layout, casework,/ n& i# D( z4 r( M* N3 S: ? x
product pricing, design and selection of fabrics and finishes, includes as-built
4 {* k/ }) ^7 e5 @5 [+ K0 e# Z7 c/ f! _drawings, block plans, space plans and finished working drawings for8 p' Q; I1 ]% |7 ]6 O) Y, K1 [
specification and installation.

7 P6 K! _4 V8 ~5 t& x1 Omeetings to determine furniture needs and develops solutions to meet these, p' k8 v' x5 Q
needs.

routine and highly specialized questions regarding furniture systems.

6. Validates plans against construction, electrical engineering and Architect2 s- r/ I# E8 z! O
& Design (A&D) drawing sets.# T+ ~! R& n; ] E
7. Develops project specifications, double checks specifications against plans,5 l: }- B6 `5 C* B- }0 w
assures specifications are ready for order entry (SIF file), and manages changes

8. Verifies the company design standards have been met. Provides on-site job- @2 B7 u2 G. J8 J
inspections comparing construction drawings to final build-out.% S! O D" H" N
9. Tracks, records and ties design hours to specific projects for job costing.# t( v$ s0 K5 L
10. Works with installers to ensure installation meets customer specifications.

Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design with a minimum of two (2) years in a

& {% G9 ^9 n+ \; ]" W% I% g% ]experience required. Prior experience in office furniture industry, general
- S( L. S" y! `1 y. Y9 C) zknowledge of systems furniture, and experience in customer interaction required.* X5 i6 s) r, ^+ _9 a
