Responsible for activities related to design, space planning, layout, and

1. Consults with Sales Team in the layout, design and space planning of

measure layout.
1 x! N# l. j; {, R+ ~$ A( m5 v2. Performs programming, space planning, furniture selection, layout, casework,
6 T3 O8 r- F" B& tproduct pricing, design and selection of fabrics and finishes, includes as-built
8 G) o' M4 ?3 r% Vdrawings, block plans, space plans and finished working drawings for2 i* g p, n9 q7 k6 Y
specification and installation.
3 `+ B% k6 r/ w$ R& S+ g3. Provides professional customer interface by attending client planning
) C1 N$ ^5 C) q2 O, U+ o4 [meetings to determine furniture needs and develops solutions to meet these

4. Offers technical design and creative consultation to customers by answering
5 c1 m% `, Q9 k# P( H( r% H2 n3 H" \routine and highly specialized questions regarding furniture systems.
) X( w$ Y) u3 `2 n, e3 b' x5. Coordinates, develops, and reviews proposed project designs and construction
' R, g) [4 V& N& m( y# s5 w+ g/ Vplans. Prepares presentation material including color finish boards. Reviews job1 |$ s# f- c1 x
site in order to perform accurate measurements. Will do plan-to-site adherence

7. Develops project specifications, double checks specifications against plans,. J# I r/ J/ [) M8 v- [2 u8 w1 X
assures specifications are ready for order entry (SIF file), and manages changes g* f! b: r$ x+ i* q% T4 x" j
and revisions.
7 y- W7 x( ]: Z9 @# b3 }$ v2 r8 R8. Verifies the company design standards have been met. Provides on-site job
4 L# {/ Z/ ^' F3 F8 K$ Finspections comparing construction drawings to final build-out.

11. Participates in work-in-progress (WIP) and open order backlog review

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design with a minimum of two (2) years in a7 s* ^' [$ g, ?% _+ o0 A5 w
related field; or any equivalent combination of education, training, and4 `7 e9 _% n" r4 b0 t
experience required. Prior experience in office furniture industry, general
5 K1 v- b+ n- G/ u' [" Dknowledge of systems furniture, and experience in customer interaction required.' ^, f: }: }8 q1 i: ~+ m
