Interior Designer

1. Consults with Sales Team in the layout, design and space planning of

2. Performs programming, space planning, furniture selection, layout, casework,, d. y' v$ S9 D7 i# h6 g
product pricing, design and selection of fabrics and finishes, includes as-built
$ R: {& R! U( |$ D% t4 D& k Udrawings, block plans, space plans and finished working drawings for, n: R+ A' _# n6 @
specification and installation.
: L7 v7 ]5 c e+ K3. Provides professional customer interface by attending client planning
( t/ o6 `7 r+ W: z3 j# O1 b' Dmeetings to determine furniture needs and develops solutions to meet these$ F- k' K7 }: p. A/ b
needs.

routine and highly specialized questions regarding furniture systems.
- i) G9 ?$ @$ ]; ^$ O3 i( o2 p5. Coordinates, develops, and reviews proposed project designs and construction

site in order to perform accurate measurements. Will do plan-to-site adherence

6. Validates plans against construction, electrical engineering and Architect

assures specifications are ready for order entry (SIF file), and manages changes/ Q9 O- n) o2 |% y: i

8. Verifies the company design standards have been met. Provides on-site job/ t2 ^$ O6 Z6 F% ?. q! x+ C! Y- P
inspections comparing construction drawings to final build-out.! ] l! {/ `9 F( u9 b) ~( j( x
9. Tracks, records and ties design hours to specific projects for job costing.; \- u6 ?6 ]" o

11. Participates in work-in-progress (WIP) and open order backlog review

related field; or any equivalent combination of education, training, and

knowledge of systems furniture, and experience in customer interaction required.& K, K6 n' C! J: @/ F; Y
