Responsible for activities related to design, space planning, layout, and

2. Performs programming, space planning, furniture selection, layout, casework,7 Y7 V; [6 o, G1 }0 u' @9 k; ?
product pricing, design and selection of fabrics and finishes, includes as-built, n. q# S0 U, R4 d2 [0 d0 g
drawings, block plans, space plans and finished working drawings for2 u( I3 ]1 O, i
specification and installation.

5. Coordinates, develops, and reviews proposed project designs and construction! _7 b- h& f5 X
plans. Prepares presentation material including color finish boards. Reviews job

6. Validates plans against construction, electrical engineering and Architect

9. Tracks, records and ties design hours to specific projects for job costing.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

experience required. Prior experience in office furniture industry, general. l1 u! m n+ n' C8 k) i% a/ D) }
knowledge of systems furniture, and experience in customer interaction required.
