i think so ...but u should get it changed to alberta lisence...
why not give a call to alberta ministry of transprotation....they can probably tell u where the nearst registra office is located....

昨天在已经知道下月要搬到埃德蒙顿的情况下，在温哥华第四次路考中拿到五级驾照。
在ICBC问了考官一句，我如果搬到其他省，应该怎么办？
考官说，直接去那个省办驾照的地方，出示BC省的驾照，告诉他们新地址就可以了。不需要跟ICBC联系了。
