- R  Z+ F+ z4 f' ^0 nThe CSSA is organizing a trip to Vancouver and Victoria during the reading week (April 27 - May 2).

8 A: s& ]! j6 `: b! N/ p8 xHere is some more information. We just finished negotiating the price with the travel company. The original price they are asking was $540 per person, but now they are willing to give a lower price to CSSA members. Non-CSSA members will be charged at the original price.

Price = $510 for CSSA-member (two people / room with 2 double beds)

  h" [5 _1 a$ J7 |$ p( D7 Y6 S= $490 for CSSA-member (three people / room with 2 people stay in one bed.)
This price includes:
+ n+ m" ~* X% F9 v/ ^# I- The transportation = Huge Travel Bus, includes gas costs and the driver for 6 days.
0 z  ~1 y: E( G% x# y4 ?- 3 Star Hotel = 5 nights

, t" e- V$ b& I2 }# Z- 5 breakfasts and 2 dinners

- A Tour Guide from Vancouver

And in Vancouver, the Tour Guide and the Driver will collect $20 per person for tips. We tried to negotiate down, but there is no way they’ll accept our proposal. This is an extra cost in Vancouver.
