The CSSA is organizing a trip to Vancouver and Victoria during the reading week (April 27 - May 2).

# ^8 p# j9 W% x( |6 s/ ~& W: M, ZHere is some more information. We just finished negotiating the price with the travel company. The original price they are asking was $540 per person, but now they are willing to give a lower price to CSSA members. Non-CSSA members will be charged at the original price.

Price = $510 for CSSA-member (two people / room with 2 double beds)

= $490 for CSSA-member (three people / room with 2 people stay in one bed.)
This price includes:
" Z9 h8 x! m2 Q( i$ L- The transportation = Huge Travel Bus, includes gas costs and the driver for 6 days.
. t( C# B9 D' f4 Q) Z" r- 3 Star Hotel = 5 nights

0 ]8 V6 u8 H* n. V- 5 breakfasts and 2 dinners
- All the admission tickets for sight seeing (e.g. the Butcher Garden in Victoria etc.)

- K8 [$ X; U9 P5 o) P# i- The return Boat fare to Victoria

, i  n/ X) x" x/ qAnd in Vancouver, the Tour Guide and the Driver will collect $20 per person for tips. We tried to negotiate down, but there is no way they’ll accept our proposal. This is an extra cost in Vancouver.
