Works within the Network Team to plan, implement, and maintain network services for the University Libraries, supporting the computing requirements of approximately 300 library staff and a wide range of electronic services offered to library clientele O3 E3 `! o; d! ?* u
Responsible for specialization in workstation image management

Provides help desk and on-call (after hours) support

* Z: n- m; p/ ~; b0 XDevelops user interfaces using HTML, JavaScript and CSS

Two year post-secondary diploma in a technology support program R1 G" L: @* L
Recent completion of Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer/ P- ^ y4 [4 Q) o! S
Minimum three years experience working in a technology support group for a large corporate network with hands-on experience managing Windows 2000 servers and client workstations0 b* Z! r/ l7 p8 G- W
Experience implementing and supporting interactive web-based applications using web programming languages and middleware applications (including Cold Fusion, PHP, HTML, JavaScript, CSS and MySQL); e0 Z# p ^6 d5 S' O2 ^6 u
Strong analytical, diagnostic, written and oral communication skills
$ H+ y6 L+ q' F& C" ZAbility to work independently and in a team environment and under pressure
