Works within the Network Team to plan, implement, and maintain network services for the University Libraries, supporting the computing requirements of approximately 300 library staff and a wide range of electronic services offered to library clientele

Responsible for system administration of assigned Windows 2000 servers

# B! G* e; n# @' a: \3 lWorks within the Web Team to implement and support web-based applications to provide access to library resources and services and web-based productivity applications for staff

Recent completion of Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer
' r$ L2 l! U; ?* `1 \( uMinimum three years experience working in a technology support group for a large corporate network with hands-on experience managing Windows 2000 servers and client workstations8 {8 W: |+ I6 A: Y% Y
Experience implementing and supporting interactive web-based applications using web programming languages and middleware applications (including Cold Fusion, PHP, HTML, JavaScript, CSS and MySQL); W$ k% [; o h
Strong analytical, diagnostic, written and oral communication skills z# B0 G: q& O, I0 P& D1 M9 `- u+ u
Ability to work independently and in a team environment and under pressure
