Telus在搞什么鬼？ 请网络高手指点

一直用得好好的Telus高速网，近日突然在联网时看到 Online Customer Access 页面，让你输入用户姓名和密码，在技术支持的指导下，照此办理还是不通。后来发现因为我是两机无线联网，Telus 那边不认我的无线路游器的 MAC ID (Address)。技术指导我从调制解调器绕过无线路游器，直接接到电脑上。这下倒是接通了，可是另一台电脑就被摔掉了。再问技术支持，被告知他们没有训练，不知道怎么让无线路游器与其系统匹配，让客户直接找生产厂家的技术支持部门联系。Telus 为什么要放上这么一个页面来挡住客户直接上网，是不是要以此来阻碍客户自己设家庭局网？高手们有什么高见，高招？谢谢先！！！

这样连接肯定就可以了

将你 路由器的MAC地址 改成你正在上网的那台计算机的MAC地址

然后 用路由器 代替你的计算机去连 modem

# Q" B& E9 a4 R最后将你所有的计算机挂在 路由器上

Or you can do it by yourself by:
Hook up the wireless router to the modem and one computer to any local ethernet port on this router
call TELUS tech supp and ask for the userid/pwd to login OCA page
after login, click "manually registration and administratioin"
9 W6 e; z$ c8 w) Nremove any one or all the MAC addresses on bottom of the page (or replace with the MAC of router here)
; h$ `' p. e9 }1 d+ sclick submit on the left above of the page
  V( {+ L8 S5 d% {go back to main menu and then click " one-step registration and administration"
$ h* j; u$ t, a2 w5 d& a7 Pif got "successful blah blah..." msg box the turn off the power of router and turn it on again
it should works

I did all you said twice and whenver I power off the PC, modem and router, everything goes back to the same problem again. I do not know why and how to handle it.

我试着按照GOOdLE的思路回答一下：

Step 1.先找到路由器的MAC ID
. M2 h8 p7 g3 W: b- j2 y连接路由器和PC, IE栏里输入192.168.1.1(也可能是192.168.0.1),回车，用户名admin,密码admin,进入路由器设置界面，WAN，里面应该有一个MAC Address，记下来，这个就是你的路由器的MAC ID。

" V: L8 M6 d% _: e8 m5 T& NStep 2.Log in to OCA
6 Z/ L4 E& H* q7 `
/ Z9 b$ [4 d/ p% f* p- P   a. Open a Web browser.
   b. Go to the OCA Web page by entering http://oca.telus.net in your Address bar.

      NOTE: If you're unable to access the OCA site using this address, you can try http://oca.ab.hsia.telus.net in Alberta or http://oca.bc.hsia.telus.net in B.C.

, H# e9 A, a" _5 p) J2 \   c. Enter the username and password you selected or were given when you ordered TELUS High Speed.

Step 3: Register your router with OCA

   b. reboot router

以上是技术流的解决方式，如果楼主觉得比较困难，或者楼主是猥琐流的fans，可以试试下面的方法：

打电话给telus，跟他们说自己的modem经常出问题，要他们换成最新的，带路由功能的modem，并让人来弄。

我家就是telus的，用的就是带路由功能的modem。所以可以试试楼上的方法。
