a friend bought a house last year at 410,000, size is 1540 something.
1. put down 31000 for down payment.
2. Market price for the house now is 380,000 or even 360,000 in some other area.

a. cancel the order and lose 31000?

现在只能咬牙挺啦，应该还一部分利息了吧。否则破产，更难受。年底损失实在大的话，再决定
