If the engine oil is frozen, what we can do? Can Block Heater works?

I think the engine oil in my car is frozen. I try to boost it with another car and it 's still not working.

我觉得block heater是管打火的，跟机油没关系。
我的车子前天早上打着火后，机油灯一直亮着。
热车几分钟后就ok了

there are a few kinds of BH that help cars start from extreme cold weather,
7 i  M  b0 U4 S* kbasically ,  BH keep the car warm by heating up the oil pan-which keeps the engine oil from frozen, or by heating up the coolant, and keep the engine block warm.
! P& y$ ~2 t) A" c2 U& [' W' pEither way, the engine shall not be frozen with use of BH.

5 @5 p& _2 Q3 m' Z) o& }If you do not have BH on ur car, by using synthetic oil you can also prevent oil frozen from happening.
A good synthetic oil, 5w20 or 5w 30 , or 3w 20 has a pure point of -30 to -40 degrees.

Anyone can give me some suggestions?

Tow your car to somewhere warm and try to start after a while in warm place, or wait till the weather becomes warmer.

do you think using a hair dryer may help to warm up a car a little bit?

插电加热3小时，一般可以打着车。如果不行，可能电池电量不行了，应该用别的车BOOST。

BLOCK HEATER是通过加热发动机内的冷却液间接加热ENGINE OIL，降低油的粘度；同时使汽油的可燃性提高。

0 w" M) D6 _4 }1 f/ j6 m: O不行用表量量BLOCK HEATER的电阻，应该是50欧姆左右。
