The CSSA is organizing a trip to Vancouver and Victoria during the reading week (Feb. 17 - 22).
) j' R6 a6 I: L8 N6 days and 5 nights

Here is some more information. We just finished negotiating the price with the travel company. The original price they are asking was $540 per person, but now they are willing to give a lower price to CSSA members. Non-CSSA members will be charged at the original price.

Price = $510 for CSSA-member (two people / room with 2 double beds)) y7 }2 q& h% a

= Children under 5 years old are Free s Y, o7 M5 F$ O

This price includes:
. ]7 v4 o8 z9 e8 f- S$ _- The transportation = Huge Travel Bus, includes gas costs and the driver for 6 days.

- 5 breakfasts and 2 dinners7 w$ K( S: r$ {
- All the admission tickets for sight seeing (e.g. the Butcher Garden in Victoria etc.)

- A Tour Guide from Vancouver - g% s9 w& }4 N

And in Vancouver, the Tour Guide and the Driver will collect $20 per person for tips. We tried to negotiate down, but there is no way they’ll accept our proposal. This is an extra cost in Vancouver. 3 j8 b% P A; O; x% Y& }; F
