2 [% S6 r8 y6 P8 ?$ d* u$ PThe CSSA is organizing a trip to Vancouver and Victoria during the reading week (Feb. 17 - 22). ! c2 `8 Z2 h/ s
6 days and 5 nights

) [% c/ g# t! U8 b0 NHere is some more information. We just finished negotiating the price with the travel company. The original price they are asking was $540 per person, but now they are willing to give a lower price to CSSA members. Non-CSSA members will be charged at the original price.

# T( }8 F! ]- M J, A' d+ ~Price = $510 for CSSA-member (two people / room with 2 double beds)) d# r0 @+ H: x1 C, I( e! H8 N
' S* m+ Z+ L$ y+ E \( B1 v6 V. ^= $490 for CSSA-member (three people / room with 2 people stay in one bed.) ' D8 O4 l u; }- ]0 P) M2 F# P
= Children under 5 years old are Free

And in Vancouver, the Tour Guide and the Driver will collect $20 per person for tips. We tried to negotiate down, but there is no way they’ll accept our proposal. This is an extra cost in Vancouver.
