let it sit there for a about 30 minutes.

place the steak into the pan, to hear the sizzling for about 3 minutes. without the lid on. by this time, this side should turn dark brown. 5 \9 d1 ?0 z" ]+ t
then, flip over to cook the other side for another 3 minutes. without the lid on.. C1 |3 ^- | R& m7 e' A* P' j; p
then, put the lid on and turn the flame to the lowest level. cook it for another 3-5 minutes, depends how well you would like to have it done. 3 minutes will be middiem while the 5 minutes would be well done.
