shake some salt over the steak on both sides.

put the pan over the flame, no oil, till pan is really hot.! n" Q6 K- ]. m( m
place the steak into the pan, to hear the sizzling for about 3 minutes. without the lid on. by this time, this side should turn dark brown. 1 z' I; M W1 h$ J# d6 p
then, flip over to cook the other side for another 3 minutes. without the lid on.4 X( G. n- x8 f
then, put the lid on and turn the flame to the lowest level. cook it for another 3-5 minutes, depends how well you would like to have it done. 3 minutes will be middiem while the 5 minutes would be well done.
