+ j5 f& Y8 k  J0 i! h•        Completion of an Electrical/Mechanical Engineering Technology/Technician college program or university degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, B.Sc. (Eng).
3 w  ~( ]$ i' q6 B+ ?2 s" N% m•        Competence with utilizing AutoCAD 2000 or higher and Visio is an asset.
' N  Z# H, D0 r6 w1 s$ ~•        Extensive knowledge of PC’s, software, networks, Internet related technologies.
•        Experience in designing and programming HVAC control systems and/or robotics an asset.
•        Strong verbal and written communication skills.
: R3 k' U$ T2 T% P% e+ L( O0 n( u& E•        The ability to interface effectively with clients and contractors.
+ S* B5 k( V8 ?& C; S•        Strong interpersonal skills.
: O3 u/ R, D; N5 M: b•        The ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
•        Ability to work in a process driven environment.

Responsibilities:
, `% z0 K/ e# b•        Review job contract plans and specifications, survey information, sales sketches, estimates and take-off sheets.  Clearly define requirements prior to starting engineering.
•        Design control systems, create control drawings, and determine DDC controller system sequences.
( t6 v( n7 F2 M3 I+ Y: E# v1 k) K+ ?- U# Q•        Program software algorithms for building automation system
•        Manage personal backlog of projects
