Skills and Competencies:
  v# ?4 ?5 \8 h/ R4 _$ S" M0 ~1 n•        Completion of an Electrical/Mechanical Engineering Technology/Technician college program or university degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, B.Sc. (Eng).
•        Competence with utilizing AutoCAD 2000 or higher and Visio is an asset.
•        Extensive knowledge of PC’s, software, networks, Internet related technologies.
# A* @4 `# f( l3 L, |•        Experience in designing and programming HVAC control systems and/or robotics an asset.
•        Strong verbal and written communication skills.
4 G  \$ s+ f+ P# c- H  {•        The ability to interface effectively with clients and contractors.
7 n, T" T& O9 L+ a•        Strong interpersonal skills.
8 p$ Z- V( s- @& A8 n, r•        The ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
•        Ability to work in a process driven environment.

•        Review job contract plans and specifications, survey information, sales sketches, estimates and take-off sheets.  Clearly define requirements prior to starting engineering.
) q/ g2 R- q: [  @1 }' x; C# l* T, N•        Design control systems, create control drawings, and determine DDC controller system sequences.
* Z. m9 V. N# f; Z•        Program software algorithms for building automation system
, R- s; ?, h& a7 {•        Manage personal backlog of projects
•        There are opportunities for travel to various job sites throughout the Americas
