8 ?& h7 u2 S0 v: X•        Completion of an Electrical/Mechanical Engineering Technology/Technician college program or university degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, B.Sc. (Eng).
•        Competence with utilizing AutoCAD 2000 or higher and Visio is an asset.
6 k) m8 ~! H: C/ ?+ J•        Extensive knowledge of PC’s, software, networks, Internet related technologies.
- e2 G; L5 ?% v2 e9 a•        Experience in designing and programming HVAC control systems and/or robotics an asset.
•        Strong verbal and written communication skills.
& _+ d+ z( n% V•        The ability to interface effectively with clients and contractors.
4 i1 M* v8 [, E6 T5 y; b8 u•        Strong interpersonal skills.
$ G* P5 v; Z0 k•        The ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
•        Ability to work in a process driven environment.

Responsibilities:
. d% {/ }# P' n9 J3 T! e; E3 g% z•        Review job contract plans and specifications, survey information, sales sketches, estimates and take-off sheets.  Clearly define requirements prior to starting engineering.
•        Design control systems, create control drawings, and determine DDC controller system sequences.

+ T# F! a0 s: b•        Manage personal backlog of projects
•        There are opportunities for travel to various job sites throughout the Americas
