Skills and Competencies:
•        Completion of an Electrical/Mechanical Engineering Technology/Technician college program or university degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, B.Sc. (Eng).
•        Competence with utilizing AutoCAD 2000 or higher and Visio is an asset.
6 o' l* M1 M! W1 \5 l5 S% o•        Extensive knowledge of PC’s, software, networks, Internet related technologies.
•        Experience in designing and programming HVAC control systems and/or robotics an asset.
. R7 h) k: P* j# J( L•        Strong verbal and written communication skills.
7 p8 K& d3 p# t" w3 Q•        The ability to interface effectively with clients and contractors.
( o3 h+ v9 P/ H( I4 u/ w+ R" B•        Strong interpersonal skills.
•        The ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
•        Ability to work in a process driven environment.

1 Q, U' q  W4 O" AResponsibilities:
•        Review job contract plans and specifications, survey information, sales sketches, estimates and take-off sheets.  Clearly define requirements prior to starting engineering.
3 w7 a; Z9 W4 z! O) b•        Design control systems, create control drawings, and determine DDC controller system sequences.
•        Program software algorithms for building automation system
5 G4 A" Z2 Q  L0 V% t3 K- G# ~3 x" Q4 A•        Manage personal backlog of projects
# f; y4 l$ `% c4 t8 F•        There are opportunities for travel to various job sites throughout the Americas
