Interview 1: by manager and technical leader* \& `4 h2 S6 Z. l* {
-Many technical questions. I gave answers ok.) }8 [4 ^/ e: r/ ~) q8 \1 n
-Other questions:
9 k9 m. K. C+ ~ n$ ?; E$ `Manager asked me 5 times why I changed job so frequently. I said the companies did not work out as expected. So I need keep update (make a change)for my future carreer (development).

Finally, manager asked me if I had any questions. As I did not prepare very well. I just asked what project was going on and the current progress.

9 M, w3 j. h7 U! ~4 n; i# CThe manager and team lead gave me technical phone interviews. After the interview, the manager told me HR would contact me.

2 k- g/ }% X9 j' OOne week later HR manager phone interviewed (interviewed me on the phone).HR asked me what is my current salary (what my current salary was). I said: I am more interesting(interested) in the project.

HR insisted to ask (on asking) me how much money I (would) prefer.I said, the company should have the salary range. I am ok with it as I am more interesting (interested) in (the) company.' ?' L) y4 w. M, R

HR asked how much I made now (currently).I said I am current(ly) on a contract which was not perm salary. HR asked me (for) the hour rate. I gave him the answer(my current hour rate - $20).

, E1 u- I% \- rHR asked why I immigrated to Canada not USA. I thought it was a trick question. So I gave him my answer: I did not know how to immegrate to USA. As USA has many good company like your company. If I knew (had known)how to immegrate to USA, I would do it (have done so) instead of canada.
