Interview 1: by manager and technical leader% V0 {$ _! a: R- M: q% z8 `
-Many technical questions. I gave answers ok.

( N4 `/ X1 Y# WManager asked me 5 times why I changed job so frequently. I said the companies did not work out as expected. So I need keep update (make a change)for my future carreer (development).

+ o5 c$ N/ }4 z& [ }2 TFinally, manager asked me if I had any questions. As I did not prepare very well. I just asked what project was going on and the current progress.& G* K. v$ z+ c

After the interview, I did not get any feedback. Q" a& ]1 D8 m; t: w1 Q

The manager and team lead gave me technical phone interviews. After the interview, the manager told me HR would contact me.

* T2 Y- Y! A, p) n$ uOne week later HR manager phone interviewed (interviewed me on the phone).HR asked me what is my current salary (what my current salary was). I said: I am more interesting(interested) in the project.

HR insisted to ask (on asking) me how much money I (would) prefer.I said, the company should have the salary range. I am ok with it as I am more interesting (interested) in (the) company." Z& }8 E8 ~9 y. \5 k7 c% s3 o" c

HR asked how much I made now (currently).I said I am current(ly) on a contract which was not perm salary. HR asked me (for) the hour rate. I gave him the answer(my current hour rate - $20).

) D6 N( P) `; s+ ?HR asked why I immigrated to Canada not USA. I thought it was a trick question. So I gave him my answer: I did not know how to immegrate to USA. As USA has many good company like your company. If I knew (had known)how to immegrate to USA, I would do it (have done so) instead of canada." c2 {& S; P- \+ j o
& O j) s. g! X! HOne hour later, I got a reject email!

4 X. w7 K0 b5 a1 Y1 J( }% ZPS: There were many language errors in the original posting. I corrected directly for the most part but the conversational part was corrected in ().By the way, I don't think he failed the interviews because of his language problem.
