Interview 1: by manager and technical leader
9 e' }6 |1 A+ E4 o3 X) {" F; [6 N-Many technical questions. I gave answers ok.

Manager asked me 5 times why I changed job so frequently. I said the companies did not work out as expected. So I need keep update (make a change)for my future carreer (development).

: @- K8 N: I6 n" k+ Z/ r3 {Finally, manager asked me if I had any questions. As I did not prepare very well. I just asked what project was going on and the current progress.

After the interview, I did not get any feedback.

6 }) w# Q+ T! h% d& q1 d8 w/ C/ gThe manager and team lead gave me technical phone interviews. After the interview, the manager told me HR would contact me.

+ L7 h* D2 l2 F6 D. T. `& c& t; s9 P' w& e: [One week later HR manager phone interviewed (interviewed me on the phone).HR asked me what is my current salary (what my current salary was). I said: I am more interesting(interested) in the project.

HR insisted to ask (on asking) me how much money I (would) prefer.I said, the company should have the salary range. I am ok with it as I am more interesting (interested) in (the) company.) {) s, O6 z( G; n* V, V" D

HR asked how much I made now (currently).I said I am current(ly) on a contract which was not perm salary. HR asked me (for) the hour rate. I gave him the answer(my current hour rate - $20).9 |2 w6 j( `: k6 Y
/ ^! Y* R: P+ ?1 Q( ?; qHR asked why I immigrated to Canada not USA. I thought it was a trick question. So I gave him my answer: I did not know how to immegrate to USA. As USA has many good company like your company. If I knew (had known)how to immegrate to USA, I would do it (have done so) instead of canada.3 O5 |$ Z, j4 ^& x
