; |& l/ F* ^" T1 U  ^recombinant proteins and stable cell lines. To further develop our
technology, we are currently seeking a highly-motivated researcher with
7 M4 x' G. ~" M6 e) w. Istrong track record in molecular and/or cellular biology and willingness

Qualified candidates should have a PhD or MS degree within 5 years or will
/ m# U# c6 }7 d' t  @obtain one within 2-3 months, in Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry or a
) M# N) C9 B: I7 _/ grelated field. Extensive experience in protein expression and purification
from bacterial or eukaryotic sources, and/or in mammalian cell culture, is
required. Familiarity with recombinant DNA techniques, including PCR, DNA
cloning and mutagenesis is also required. Prior experience in protein
over-expression in insect cells/yeast, or large-scale protein purification
6 \0 B% W! y! ]6 c& Bis a good plus. The position requires excellent organizational skills with
the ability to work independently and multi-tasked along with keeping
6 M! c7 k% `  v0 H" Q8 q( Y) eaccurate and complete research records.

This position is conditional to a successful application of external
funding, such as the Alberta Ingenuity Fund R&D Associate. Anticipated
salary for the successful candidate will be 55-60K/yr depending on
