Just to share something with someone who is investing in the housing market.
Bought another condo and rent it with $1300/month. Condo fee
and loan interest (3 years prime-0.85) total $1100/month. Not too bad.

( e9 w5 t, x( H6 w1 W* CThat unit worths $160,000 this month.
% V) r( m9 S# R: wDon't talk too much, just do it.

I don't want to invest in China either. But $1= 7.75 RMB is hard to resist.
