Just to share something with someone who is investing in the housing market.
Bought another condo and rent it with $1300/month. Condo fee
) r# ^6 E& k; a$ L4 b0 {and loan interest (3 years prime-0.85) total $1100/month. Not too bad.
Also bought a new luxury apartment in China last month with $150,000.
& Y. D* m: Z% B- |' C3 |7 a; eThat unit worths $160,000 this month.

I don't want to invest in China either. But $1= 7.75 RMB is hard to resist.
3 O/ z. S% t6 P# C# ~/ U% WI am not regreted so far even though I cannot catch the $1= 8.10 RMB prime.
