Just to share something with someone who is investing in the housing market.
Bought another condo and rent it with $1300/month. Condo fee
' ^4 Z1 J1 Y# E! Oand loan interest (3 years prime-0.85) total $1100/month. Not too bad.
1 m8 U4 d, h- E& {( O8 c$ OAlso bought a new luxury apartment in China last month with $150,000.
$ D3 k: A6 {% ^That unit worths $160,000 this month.
% v/ k0 n# ]9 ]% j) z- K' TDon't talk too much, just do it.

I don't want to invest in China either. But $1= 7.75 RMB is hard to resist.
I am not regreted so far even though I cannot catch the $1= 8.10 RMB prime.
