Just to share something with someone who is investing in the housing market.

  l4 P4 W0 s6 v: v" G9 S/ i4 ^and loan interest (3 years prime-0.85) total $1100/month. Not too bad.
Also bought a new luxury apartment in China last month with $150,000.
3 G# _, h% ~. u3 a2 V. HThat unit worths $160,000 this month.
Don't talk too much, just do it.

I don't want to invest in China either. But $1= 7.75 RMB is hard to resist.
1 K1 d. F, m' V. O/ f( xI am not regreted so far even though I cannot catch the $1= 8.10 RMB prime.
