A 6.5 inch dia shaft is to be machined on a TURNING CTR to 4.5 inch dia in 4 equal cuts. If CONSTANT CS is selected calculate the RPM at the beginning of each cut.
NOTE:  CS=1000 ft/min for carbide insert used.
