烤蛋糕
INGREDIENTS:

• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (if you like the flavor, otherwise, none)
0 t! W1 N; D! ~ Y• 1 1/2 cups sifted flour or all purpose flour (former is better)
$ \3 i* L4 w8 @• 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder + i& U; N1 V& i6 e' U
• 4 eggs, well beaten" P4 o% p6 ?, c5 g: G, A

Beat butter; gradually add sugar, beating until light and fluffy. Beat in vanilla. Sift together the dry ingredients; add to cream mixture alternately with beaten eggs, beating well after each addition.
+ R, v# ^# A4 O' a6 f+ bTurn into greased and floured 8-inch tube pan or 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
% `! \0 G* |$ Z2 ?Bake in a preheated 350° oven for 45 to 50 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes in the pan then turn out onto a cake rack. Cool and glaze or frost as desired. Store tightly covered.

这是yellow cake,我最喜欢的,又简单。ingredients 我一般比较严格执行,否则变味,但是我通常要把糖的用量减至3/4到2/3,洋人用糖量太大,太甜了。但如果你认为cake mix的甜度适合你的口味,就用上述的量。

检查是否烤熟的办法: 用牙签插一下cake中间,若没有什么粘在牙签上就熟了。 |
