烤蛋糕

• 1/2 cup butter 5 A6 ~9 G* u# V" I ~: d# Z( `
• 1 cup sugar + A7 b1 A; I4 x: d" r
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (if you like the flavor, otherwise, none)
' g% s9 C" m' V5 `' Q8 D• 1 1/2 cups sifted flour or all purpose flour (former is better)
' h1 ^' M, K1 `$ \& j$ V• 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder 1 y: E2 V. U6 @. p
• 4 eggs, well beaten- c! G% J( s- |

Beat butter; gradually add sugar, beating until light and fluffy. Beat in vanilla. Sift together the dry ingredients; add to cream mixture alternately with beaten eggs, beating well after each addition.

Bake in a preheated 350° oven for 45 to 50 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes in the pan then turn out onto a cake rack. Cool and glaze or frost as desired. Store tightly covered." {0 C1 l: _8 }& N" q

这是yellow cake,我最喜欢的,又简单。ingredients 我一般比较严格执行,否则变味,但是我通常要把糖的用量减至3/4到2/3,洋人用糖量太大,太甜了。但如果你认为cake mix的甜度适合你的口味,就用上述的量。
