烤蛋糕

• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (if you like the flavor, otherwise, none)

• 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder 8 l& t2 l6 N$ l( E/ t: w: x4 D
• 4 eggs, well beaten

PREPARATION:
! H" e, @! M* u2 u$ U6 u* cBeat butter; gradually add sugar, beating until light and fluffy. Beat in vanilla. Sift together the dry ingredients; add to cream mixture alternately with beaten eggs, beating well after each addition. 1 _' E% ^( d# r) }
Turn into greased and floured 8-inch tube pan or 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan. ! ^4 ^7 p% [0 D6 a* y9 }$ Y
Bake in a preheated 350° oven for 45 to 50 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes in the pan then turn out onto a cake rack. Cool and glaze or frost as desired. Store tightly covered.# @ S( u) A3 A9 V* }
3 ~) D$ p' E s M4 w这是yellow cake,我最喜欢的,又简单。ingredients 我一般比较严格执行,否则变味,但是我通常要把糖的用量减至3/4到2/3,洋人用糖量太大,太甜了。但如果你认为cake mix的甜度适合你的口味,就用上述的量。
