Community Services requires individuals to provide quality customer service to the public at community leisure centres across the City. As a Recreation Facility Attendant you will:: v: o- i. v) X6 ~, m; A- B6 w

Collect fee and admission charges.! q0 Z" ~4 Y. h

Handle customer inquires by phone and in person.

Perform accommodation setups and inspections.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:; H8 E$ @8 A5 F# F- E! o

Completion of the twelfth (12th) school grade with emphasis on general office practice or completion of an appropriate certificate program from an approved school/college.# D) r. G# w9 M1 o* \7 C6 V

Some experience in customer service, cash handling, and computer applications.

Possession of current Standard First Aid and CPR certification is required prior to commencement of employment.

Assets: Customer service training and familiarity with a variety of computer software programs, including point of sale, registration software and other facility related computerized equipment. In addition, knowledge and experience in the fitness industry.: D) G" O6 _$ }; p( t1 U
Note: A security clearance is a condition of employment. The successful candidate will be required to obtain a Security Clearance letter from the Edmonton Police Department.

: F, L9 P7 I! Z5 E" A) aUp to 30 hours per week, Sunday to Saturday. Early morning, evening and weekends may be required.

5:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.

SALARYRANGE:5 ~0 R( \! L' F& {/ _8 a1 G
21B, Salary Grade: 003, $14.55 - $17.97 (Hourly). The rates quoted are in accordance with a collective agreement between the Union and the City of Edmonton." @  T9 U, L: ]) ^* x
