  的装饰，却可以尽情秀出自己的风采、个性、特点。我们靠的是一份热情，凭
  的是一份执着，要的是你的参与，盼望的是你的捧场。

0 ?& j* T' }2 i. FThe Chinese Students and Scholars Association (CSSA) at the University
6 S) [# _; y; ?% e( U of Alberta will be holding a Spring Festival Evening Party around the
eve of Chinese lunar New Year to add the diverse community Chinese
" u. @) B, b' @; m8 O9 r# s, D cultural activities. This event is not only a reminder of food, fun and
customs, but also a very good opportunity to wipe out our homesickness on
this broad land.
9 N6 X: w" X1 _' k) I
We encourage students and scholars who are interested in performance to
% I9 V* X& v1 f% ]/ o4 l contribute to the evening party by showcasing your abilities and
talents. Although we have no luxurious dressings and professional skills in
- {/ |/ R2 T5 u- r3 R+ q performing arts, the most critical point we have is our passion to show
5 i/ O9 H# {8 C5 M  I' U ourselves such as any topic related to our life and studies in
" `8 @- g" b- \0 m Edmonton. Please come and join us to fill up the party. It’s going to be a
lot of fun, like what we did before.

As far as your prospective programs are concerned, they can be songs
1 p) B$ ?; X% e sung by a single singer or multiple singers, song and dance (Ge Wu),
stand-up comedy (Xiang Sheng), skits (Xiao Pin), drama (Hua Ju) or any
performance with instruments (e.g., piano). It would be great if your
program could reflect our society. If you have a play for skits, stand-up
comedy or drama to present, please contact CSSA for performance since
2 _# e' j5 G. r( X+ ? CSSA executives want to have a show collectively.

Meanwhile, a host is needed for the evening party. Volunteers are also
on demand to work on the stage to assist lighting and audio system
3 r2 P, M- ]; D control.
